Designed by Sam Hecht and manufactured by Taylor’s Eye Witness – founded in Sheffield, the traditional home of knife manufacturing, in 1838 – the award-winning IF4000 range of knives combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative manufacturing techniques. The knives have a high-carbon, stainless steel blade that is precision-forged and -ground, and hand-honed, with a cool-to-the-touch ceramic handle. A small and medium-sized chef’s knife, chef’s knife and bread knife are also available.
