Nogent has been manufacturing quality kitchen knives in France for over 80 years. Nogent uses the best quality raw materials and bevelled steel for all of its products. Each blade is ground by hand. The wooden handles are made of solid hornbeam, which have been dried for a year. The handles are then varnished to protect the finish. All pieces sold separately.
