Payment

Order Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact shoponline@conranusa.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Furniture Deposits

• On acceptance of your furniture order (custom, special and back orders) we will take a deposit of 50% of the value of the item plus the delivery charge if applicable.
• Once your furniture is available for delivery, our e-commerce customer services team will contact you to notify you that we will be processing the remaining balance. This will be processed against the credit card you gave us at the time of the order. In the event that you wish us to process the payment in any other way please contact shoponline@conranusa.com who will be happy to advise you of the alternative methods available. Availability

• Accessories are normally shipped within 7-10 business days of processing your order and once every item of a multiple order is available. Please check the individual availability of the product(s) you have ordered. We do our best to ensure that stock availability on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts stock availability may be incorrect at times. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you to advise of the estimated delivery date.

Pricing

• We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and shipping processes we do verify our prices. We reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.

Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at shoponline@conranusa.com or call us on (212) 755 9079 x 6512. You must do this within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within Deliveries & Returns.

Cancellation of Furniture Orders

• If you wish to cancel a furniture order (excludes custom, special and back orders) you may do so by emailing shoponline@conranusa.com. You may only cancel in stock furniture orders, prior to delivery. Custom, special and back ordered furniture items are not eligible for cancellation. All arrival dates issued for custom, special and back order furniture are estimates and are subject to change witut any liability to The Conran Shop.The Conran Shop is not responsible for production or shipping delays. The Conran Shop will not issue refunds for cancellations - only store credits - which are valid for a period of one year from date of issue. Please contact our e-commerce customer services team for additional information.

CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

Order acceptance

• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and The Conran Shop will take place on the delivery of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the instructions above. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out below
  • If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our e-commerce customer services team
• We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all responsible care, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or order from the website.

Payment
