Danish design company VIPP and supermodel Helena Christensen announce the VIPP Charity Auction, a benefit for Food Bank For New York City and Chernobyl Children’s Project International. Leaders from the worlds of fashion, design, art and entertainment put a fashionable spin on the classic Vipp pedal bin. Customized creations from notables such as Bono, Michael Stipe and Mario Batali will be sold in a silent auction benefiting the two charities.

The unique installation will be on display for public viewing and pre-bidding at The Conran Shop beginning September 4th leading up to an evening event on Thursday, September 18th at the Winston Wächter Fine Art Gallery.
